The Hoosier Hunting Retriever Club was conceived by hunters, for hunters to give them the opportunity to work with their dogs, meet other people interested in the sport, and to participate in hunting retriever tests. Our primary goal is help you sharpen your dogs natural abilities and become the dog you desire.

BECOMING A MEMBER:

We are always looking for people interested in joining our organization. No matter when it is during the year, new members are always welcomed into the Hoosier HRC.

Who Can Join?

We welcome all individuals be become members of the Hoosier HRC. The only requirement is you love dogs. Since this is a volunteer organization, what you get out of the club is based on what you put into it.

What do you get out of joining?

There are several benefits to becoming a member of the Hoosier HRC. Aside from gaining new friends and having a great time sharing a common interest in training dogs, members have the following opportunities:

1. Work with others and to learn the skills necessary to train your retriever
2. Learn training tips from fellow members
3. Observe dog demonstrations
4. Participate in monthly training days and general membership meetings
5. Attend judges/handlers seminars
6. Participate in United Kennel Club (UKC) licensed hunting retriever tests

When you join the National Hunting Retriever organization, you will also receive a semi-monthly magazine complete with training hints, listings of upcoming events and a varitey of articles.

How Can You Join?
